1. The delivery policy of shimejito.com, which corresponds to the deadline for delivery of the products: The delivery policy is always informed during the purchase process. In the case of fresh or dehydrated products, deliveries are made no later than the Friday of the week following the purchase, between 1 pm and 5 pm. The rest of the non-food products are delivered within a maximum period of ten working days or within a period to be agreed between both parties.

2. Mushroom Point Product Dimensions: The adequacy of the dimensions of this product to the space is the responsibility of the consumer, who must ensure that they comply with the spatial limits of the elevators, doors and corridors of the delivery location.

3. Delivery attempts for products purchased online: Up to two delivery attempts will be made at the specified location. It is essential that, at the requested address, there is a person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years of age and carrying an identification document to receive the goods. If there are two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to the headquarters of Xolo Go - Adriel Rodrigues Oliveira and there will be no refund of the purchase amount.

4. Changing the payment method: Once the order is completed, it is not possible to change the payment method. If it is necessary to change the delivery address, the user must request the order via email loja@shimejito.com, at least three days in advance.

7. Xolo Go - Adriel Rodrigues Oliveira does not authorize the carrier, if applicable, to: enter the customer's home, make the delivery by alternative means, carry out installation or maintenance of products, open the product packaging, carry out delivery at a different address than the one informed, and/or deliver to minors or those without identification documents.

8. Right of repentance: In the case of perishable products (fresh consumables), there is no possibility of returning the product. If there is a problem with the product, a photograph will be requested within one business day after delivery and, if justified, a new product will be sent on the next delivery. In the case of the remaining products, that is, those that are not perishable, the right of free resolution applies.

9. Product return request: The Customer must request the return via email loja@shimejito.com. For the product to be returned, it must be in the same conditions at the time of delivery, such as: original packaging, brand identification and clean, when applicable. If any of the requirements is not met, Xolo Go - Adriel Rodrigues Oliveira reserves the right not to accept the return. After collecting the product, Xolo Go - Adriel Rodrigues Oliveira will verify that the aforementioned conditions have been met, and, if so, will provide a refund of the total purchase price, through the same means used by the customer when making the purchase.

10. Methods of returning the value of the product: In the case of purchases made with a credit card, the card administrator will be notified and the return will occur on the following or subsequent invoice, at once, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. . The reimbursement period and, also, the collection of the remaining installments after the full refund of the value of the product on the Customer's credit card carried out by Xolo Go - Adriel Rodrigues Oliveira, is the responsibility of the card administrator. In the event of collection of future installments by the card administrator, the customer will not be encumbered, since Xolo Go - Adriel Rodrigues Oliveira, as mentioned above, returns the full value of the product in a single installment, with the credit referring to the return granted fully by the card administrator on the billing invoice subsequent to the month of cancellation.
    In purchases paid with a bank card or debit account, the refund will be made by bank deposit, within 10 (ten) business days, only in the buyer's current account, which must be individual.
